So let me just highlight a few of my experiences:
I've notified John of property issues and John has personally taken the time to investigate and quickly identify solutions. Whether John or another member of his team makes the repair, the end result is always very satisfactory. John can immediately identify the problem and make the repair(s) at a reasonable price.
Two years ago, John remodeled one of our retail buildings and identified a serious issue with the exterior design. John consulted the architect and pointed out the potential problem. John provided a solution that made the building look better than the way it was originally designed! Our tenants were open for business during the remodel, which added another level of complexity to this job. Of course, our company expected to receive complaints. However, John resolved the tenant's complaints on his own and we only found out about the issues after the remodeling was completed - This was extremely valuable to our company, as it saved us time and the headache!
When one of my industrial units had an electrical problem, two electricians provided me with estimates. Both estimates seemed extremely high. The electricians advised that Edison must shut down the electricity to the entire building and provide an electrical generator for the businesses. Unsure about how to proceed, I contacted John who immediately reviewed the problems and identified an easy fix without involving Edison or renting a generator! John's electrician made the repair in couple of hours, while the other two electricians estimated that it would take several days to complete! Now how is that for efficiency and cost savings!
The experiences highlighted above are only a fraction of the many positive experiences I have had with John and his organization, as I could go on for hours listing all of the ways that John's honesty, reliability, speed, and quality of work have benefited our company over the years. However, all you need to know is that our company depends on John and we fully trust him on any job that we send his way.
