John Keane, President of Keane Constructors, Inc., is a results-oriented, hands-on construction and development professional with 30+ years of experience in all facets of the commercial construction & development industry. John’s history and respected relationships with local building officials and municipalities, thorough understanding of impending design conflicts with building codes and regulations, as well as a comprehensive and pro-active involvement with architectural, engineering and design teams maintains the project’s planning & permitting schedule and costs. An extensive, technical understanding of the project scope and requirements, ambitious yet realistic construction schedules, active job-site supervision, long term relationships with sub-contractors and vendors, knowledge of material lead times, and attention to detail, all culminate in the project’s timely and cost effective Certificate of Occupancy.
