ABOUT KEANE CONSTRUCTORS
Welcome to Keane Constructors, Inc. Over the past 30+ years, John Keane has established himself as one of the more respected General Contractors in the Greater Santa Clarita Valley, Los Angeles County and Ventura County, having completed a wide range of projects from small Commercial Tenant Improvements to large multimillion‐dollar Office and Industrial Buildings. No project is too large or too small.
John Keane, owner of Keane Constructors believes in building strong client relationships. Most of our work comes from repeat clients, which exemplifies our commitment to deliver on‐going quality services, beyond merely the physical construction of a project. The key to our success is clear, honest communication throughout all phases of a project. We strive to provide a quality finished building at a competitive price. Commitment to schedules and excellence are our guiding principles. To accomplish these tasks, Keane Constructors is one of the few remaining General Contractors who self‐performs a significant portion of our work, including steel stud framing, drywall, painting and electrical. This allows us to manage a project closely and be self‐reliant in areas that strongly influence project completion dates. We are known for finishing projects on time and to our clients’ expectations.
With our many years of experience we have formed strong working relationships with talented Architects, skilled Engineers, Consultants, Sub-Contractors and the many Municipal Agencies responsible for reviewing and approving projects. We are able to guide our clients through the entire Design and Construction process, completing timely, cost effective projects, which not only satisfy the needs of the client, but positively impact the surrounding community.
